Dennis joined the Exciton board in September, 2011 and is a member of the audit committee and is leading an initiative studying the USA business structure.
Mr. Kenneth Burton - BA, B.Comm. -President, Keno Inc.
Ken joined the board in 2009, is a member of the governance committee and is currently the largest Exciton shareholder through his investment company Keno, Inc.
