Mr. Dennis Blumenthal - B.Comm., CA, CPA – Retired International Tax Partner with PwC
Dennis joined the Exciton board in September, 2011 and is a member of the audit committee and is leading an initiative studying the USA business structure. Dennis has completed the Canadian director certification course-ICD.D, provided tax counsel to a major Alberta venture capital fund, and has been active in Edmonton area charity work while concluding 35 continuous years at Price Waterhouse Coopers prior to retirement in 2010. Dennis is a graduate of the University of Alberta, a past member of Canada’s Venture Capital and Private Equity Foundation and has attended numerous tax strategy courses. His experience in formation of the Exciton international tax strategy and tax compliance is most welcome.
