Mr. Phil Payne - MBA, CA - CEO - AIM Capital Corp.
Phil joined the Exciton board in September, 2011 and was elected chair, and leads the governance committee. Phil owns and operates AIM Capital Corp., a financial advisory guiding mid market corporate acquisitions and divestitures. AIM also provides China market entry consulting from a Shanghai office and with a Chinese associate. After selling his hospital-hotel supplies & equipment distribution businesses in Western Canada, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, in 2000, and his Alberta based environmental control business in 2004, Phil commenced financial advisory consulting in 2005, and incorporated AIM. An experienced M&A professional and public company CFO with some twenty five career deal completions, Phil is past Chair of the Edmonton and Alberta YMCA, past director of Vancouver YMCA, current finance chair of St. Joseph College- the University of Alberta. Phil graduated from University of Western Ontario and University of Windsor, and functions half time with Exciton
