Mitch Regnier, VP Operations
Mitch Regnier is an experienced industrial engineer and project manager with a passion for manufacturing systems in the health care industry. Ever since graduating from the University of Manitoba with an Industrial Engineering degree, Mitch has been directly involved in set up and management of operations from consumer goods and high technology to medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Mitch has been involved in the medical device industry for the past 7 years and was the Director of Engineering and Product Development at Nucryst Pharmaceuticals. While at Nucryst, Mitch was responsible for all capital projects and providing technical leadership for GMP compliant process and product development. Mitch brings his strong technical background and leadership abilities to propel Exciton’s manufacturing capability from the lab into commercial scale production.
